Monstrous Controversy Rages Over Loch Ness UFO Photos – http://huff.to/1MkOPe4

Further to the last post, in the closeup the area around the glowing spots seems to have been darkened.  I’d suggest that is to suppress the brighter areas around the light you’d expect with a light source behind, including possibly other reflections.

That tends to support the hypothesis of it being a real picture but the glowing things being a double reflection from a double paned window.   If the glowing objects were introduced via say photoshop, there would be no effect on the surrounding area in need of alteration.  Non-existent objects don’t affect their surroundings..

Because the alteration shows deletion the implication is something ordinary that was photographed is being made to look extraordinary.

I’ve seen effects with some similarity trying to take landscape style pictures in a room that’s dark with a light source in another area behind me.
